Do you ship worldwide?

Not currently but we are working on it!

Where do you ship from?

All of our products are made and shipped in the US

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are happy to help if you would like to change or cancel your order within           12-24 hours of placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment except cash lol  

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed between 12-24 hours. Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped from our facility the day of or the day after of the order is placed. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday we will process the order and it will be shipped on Monday!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on where your located and what shipping you have selected your order should arrive anywhere from 2-7 days. 

 

What if I don't receive my order?

All orders will receive a tracking number so you will be able to see where your order is at all times. If your order was lost in transit we will be happy to ship your order again on us! 

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

We do not factor in taxes or customs into our products prices, so you will be responsible for them at checkout. Do not worry! Our website will calculate and add the amount to the total when its time to check out.
